Privacy Policy
In short: we collect what you hand us on the contact form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it. Our analytics stays in your browser. Nothing leaves without a reason.
Who we are
This site is run by Impact Consultive, a management and strategy consultancy based in Washington County, Utah, serving Southern Utah. Questions about this policy go to support@impact.you.
What we collect
- What you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you add it, your preferred way to be reached, your industry, and whatever you write in the message.
- What your browser tells us. Our own measurement script records which pages were visited, where the visit came from, and which form fields were filled in, never what was typed in them. It runs in your browser’s session storage, sets no cookies, and clears when you close the tab. It also respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange the meeting you asked for, and to understand which parts of the site are working. That is the list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your details.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
- We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who else sees it
Form submissions pass through Formspree, the service that delivers them to our inbox, and our email is hosted by a third party. Both handle your data on our behalf and under their own security terms. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Ask and we will delete them.
Your choices
Email support@impact.you to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on the request within thirty days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, and we honour them regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is for business leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Links to other sites
The site links to LinkedIn and may link to other third-party pages. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising from it will be brought in the state courts sitting in Washington County, Utah, or the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
